Pros

It is a newer company here in the U.S., and there are tons of opportunities available to move up in the company. Also good pay scale and bonus structure compared to the other rental car companies.

Cons

With a younger work environment, the overall "look" of the company is young, good looking women, and that's who they aim to hire and pay the most attention to.

To address your concern, Sixt prides itself on being a very diverse organization when it comes to age and gender. This is apparent when visiting any of our branches across the United States.

The culture at Sixt is very impressive and they do a great job making you feel welcome. The vibe is very energized and easy going. Fast growing company and lots of opportunities for advancement.

Competitive sales expectations. You also can have difficult encounters with disgruntled or unhappy customers which can lead to a very stressful work environment.

Pros

You can make good money: 38-60k a year. A lot of room to move up in the company. Really flexible work hours since some of the branches are open 24/7. Paid Time off right away. They teach you some basic selling tips that you can carry over to any other company. I personally, as management intern got a really awesome experience that I can use to sell myself in future interviews. OVERALL, good company to work for!!

Cons

The BIG powerful people from Germany are in charge, and when they come over to the US everyone in the store is terrified even the managers. I never even got to speak with someone from Germany, but I was scared when I knew they were coming or in the area. They make it hard to ask for a day off.
