Nice company and great benefits, unfortunately ran by wrong management

Cons

0 support from HR or upper management, caring only about sales, looking brilliant when a higher up comes to visit branch, and making no effort into recognizing employees or getting them the needed tools to be successful, other managers takes credit for work done and very political thinking

Pros

You can make over 70k if you get good at the role, you’ll make 17/hr (plus commission can be $2,000-4,000 each month) flexible with call offs if you don’t abuse it, really easy day to day job, very laid back in winter

Cons

You can get in your head about sales, commission is different each month,
