Pros

It is still customer service, but it feels different. You are not a number, salaries are much higher and it is somehow like a start up work environment. It is a true pleasure to be with the team. Highly recommend! A good example for the way they care, they ask us to go to the office twice a week but pay us the taxi to make sure we are more comfortable!

Cons

Sometimes hard to find a spot in the office as people tend to go more and that creates a bit of confusion, but eventually always works out with flexibility.

Pros

I joined Sixt in Lisbon about three months ago, and overall, the experience has been very positive. Working in a customer service role can be challenging, but I’ve felt genuinely supported by both the management and my team from the beginning. One thing I really appreciate is the hybrid work model — we go to the office two days a week, and there's even Bolt credit provided to help with commuting, which definitely makes the office days more enjoyable. The atmosphere at the office also is friendly. It’s still early days for me, but so far, I’m really happy to be part of the team.

Cons

For now I cannot see any cons.
