Pros

Company has great benefits and structure model. Great Manager.

Cons

Insufficient incentive pay, alot of the upsells make the company money and give you a tiny taste. If you are at a prime location such as an airport you can make pretty good money. But the smaller branches doesnt offer the same opportunities and steady business. Hopefully somebody looks into the employee pay and adjusts it.

For Movers and Shakers

Pros

Simply put this company is not for everyone. If you like to follow the rules, color in between the lines, and pet your cat while you watch TV on a Saturday night then Sixt is not for you. If you enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment that puts the keys to your own personal success in your hands, then Sixt might be for you. I only say might because Sixt has a selective hiring process, they look for movers and shakers. People who work and play hard day in and day out. You get out of it what you put in. If your smart and charming you can make your own position in the company, but if your a cry baby who can't imagine putting in 50+ hours a week then first of all you probably won't get far in life and much less in this company. The best part of the company is the people you work with. Since they are so selective on who they hire, everyone is pretty awesome and share similar interests. Sixt is like the exclusive country club in your city that everyone wants to be a part of, but only the cool few make it in. All the angry former employees that wrote miserable reviews are just upset that they can no longer sit with the cool kids at lunch.

Cons

The biggest challenge that the employees of Sixt face on a local level (USA), is the lack of brand awareness in the US market. Since the company is new to this market a lot of our customers have never heard of us which can be challenging to overcome, but I suppose that is what we get paid for. I see this unique situation as more of an opportunity, there is so much growth potential for Sixt, it is actually quite overwhelming for some people (see below angry reviews).
