To address your concern, there are plenty of opportunities to grow within Sixt without a degree. Starting out at an entry level position like Customer Service Associate or Rental Sales Agent for instance, will allow you to learn the business from the ground up and then based off of performance you can move all the way up through management. Finally, although the Rental Sales Agent position is focused on sales, we provide full training and techniques on a continuous basis to build sales skills. Our main focus is finding employees dedicated to customer service and everything else is taught. We wish you the best of luck with your career with Sixt.
