Thank you for taking the time to write a review for Sixt USA, we appreciate your feedback. At Sixt we value our employees and make every effort to recognize and assist. We are happy to hear that you are satisfied with the growth opportunities, the challenging aspects of your position, as well our open door policy. In regards to the concerns that you addressed, all aspects of the managerial role are meant to be very entrepreneurial. Therefore, it is understandable that you are putting in more hours for the position. Of course, no amount of effort goes unnoticed. We understand that with the time managers spend to keep their branch in order they should also be compensated for this time. Managers receive a percentage of the revenue generated from their branch in addition to their base salary. If you have any concerns about the amount of hours and compensation provided, we encourage you to reach out to our VP of Human Resources, Gaddy Fernandez at 954-874-1793. We are glad that you are satisfied with the company and pay structure. At Sixt we are very competitive with compensation overall based off of the market and cost of living in each city that we occupy. In regards to our commission percentages, our Employee Satisfaction Surveys show that many of our employees find our commission structure to be very lucrative. All of our Sixt branches are fast paced environments with high traffic since we are located in very populated downtown and airport locations. We encourage all of our employees to satisfy customers and upgrade whether it be to larger vehicle or adding on GPS, satellite radio, etc. Of course, within the rental car industry as a whole, there are times where we cannot provide a certain vehicle for a customer. In situations where we do not have a specific vehicle it is critical to use the sales tactics that are taught during the first week of basic training. Sixt takes every measure to prepare our employees for challenges that may arise. Finally, there is plenty of room for advancement at Sixt. You have the opportunity to move into supervisor, manager, or International Management Trainee role after proving yourself as a Rental Sales Agent, and this is just one example of a path to move up. We have opportunities for growth within all positions at Sixt. If you have any concerns that you would like to discuss please contact our VP of Human Resources, Gaddy Fernandez at 954-874-1793. All information shared will be completely confidential.
