Sixt rent a car

Pros

Good company, with excellent training programmes and development opportunities. Commission and bonus schemes are generous (best in the car hire industry) Very family run company who care about their employees.

Cons

Targets can be a little over stretched in some areas. The hours worked can be long but the rewards do outweigh this.

Nice working environment and very helpful colleagues. Really good training and development sessions.

Cons

Sometimes the target is a bit challenging, depending on the location!

Pros

Paid training down at HQ in Fort Lauderdale, Florida / Decent base wage with nice commission structure for established locations / 1 week vacation time first year and 2 weeks after / full benefits

Cons

Heavy hours with no consideration / heavy favoritism / some management incompetent to perform their duties correctly / drama filled environment / little to no tolerance for taking days off / when a location opens it is often poorly planned out for the success of the location

At Sixt it is our priority to acknowledge PTO and hours worked for every employee. Full time employees should only work at most 40 hours a week unless our management team asks the employee if they would be open to overtime which will be paid accordingly.
