Pros

It is a newer company here in the U.S., and there are tons of opportunities available to move up in the company. Also good pay scale and bonus structure compared to the other rental car companies.

Cons

With a younger work environment, the overall "look" of the company is young, good looking women, and that's who they aim to hire and pay the most attention to.

Thank you for taking the time to review Sixt. We are happy to hear that you are pleased with the growth opportunity and pay offered! To address your concern, Sixt prides itself on being a very diverse organization when it comes to age and gender. This is apparent when visiting any of our branches across the United States.

Pros

Things seemed promising at first when applying with Sixt as well as the interview process, and then everything went south.

Cons

Went through the interview process, got hired, was given two potential training days that were 19 days apart with very little notice of when the day would be chosen for me to begin. Then received a call letting me know the position in the location i applied for was no longer available as they were not opening the location (Costa Mesa).

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we were unable to open our Costa Mesa location as soon as we had hoped, so instead of having candidates wait for the location to open we decided that we wanted to allow them the opportunity to find different employment in the meantime. Thankfully all candidates had the option of working or being considered for our various Los Angeles locations and we were able to place the select few that that were still in process and agreed to this change. We value you as a candidate and apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused!
