Management is very down to earth and a lot of progression to be achieved if you want it. Varied daily tasks.

Cons

Long hours/overtime but can be paid if needed. Can be stressful but so can any job, A lot of extra work to be done

The hours are not the best part. We work at night and during the weekend.
