Pros

Good management- if you are going to school they will work around your schedule and can be pretty accomodating Good pay

Cons

Crazy hours-you do not have a set schedule so you go back and forth a lot from evenings to mornings and vice versa Contract Dodgers-people like to pick and choose who they help which can be stressful.

Decent pay structure for only sitting all day behind a desk talking to customers.

Customer service oriented, customers treat you badly for things that are out of agents control.

We are happy to hear you enjoy our health insurance package, our uniforms, the growth, as well as the Management Trainee Program - which sets our employees up for growth opportunities. In regards to work-life balance, we have a new schedule system that no longer allows for back to back scheduling. We appreciate your feedback as well.
