      Pros

      I have a lot of good things to say about my place of work. I work with great people that are always looking to improve, the company keeps innovating and also provide workshops in order for people to further improve their skills in the company,

      Cons

      Would be the communication about the policies or changes in the business, we keep moving fast but that has to be done with the correct preparation from all employees. We have too may people not aware of changes , causing people to only be aware of changes when facing customers.

      - Lunch is not provided from company side. - No transportation facility

On the Cons comments, we would like to let you know that we have started with the Transportation facility since start of February 2020 and we have provided a meal card for lunch purposes.
