long hours, low wage, no stability have to rotate around according to business needs

Zero, free coffee that tastes like doodoo

Cons

Too many to list- -Dysfunctional management -Agents who will try to go out of their way to make you hate your job and get fired -upper management who views you as a number, not a human being -trainings that don't help you but waste time -incompetent staff -car cleaners who will get pissed at you and curse you out because you did nothing wrong -worst company in north america -gaslighting -they will do everything to make you hate your job -hope this company goes bankrupt -reverse discrimination is the norm
