Pros

Money, nice cars, and connections you build.

Cons

Management only cares for customers. If they could they wouldn’t want to put any money in your pocket. They say it is uncapped commission, but that’s cap. They take your money away from Surveys as well as IRPD. Also, at the close of the month they will take even more away from you. Also, they my investigate you without your knowledge. HR may say that they are there for you, but they are actually there for management/higher ups. So don’t get upset if you complain, and they do nothing.

Decent benefits and the pay is average.

Cons

The company is trying to accomplish success the wrong way. They focus too much on expanding and not enough time on making what they already have better… for not the customer and employee.
