Pros

You can have a future here if you are an immature toxic person

Cons

I worked at the Munich HQ. Terrible company staffed with immature toxic people who just mob around all day. Here nepotism is totally normal: your Manager will be a graduate who got the job from a dinner out with the marketing Chief and will tell you about it in daylight. Your teammates will be toxic devastated people with absolutely no manners and common sense. Everybody hates each other and report stuff to HR. Your HR will avoid you at all costs as also part of the nepotism toxicity. A disgrace of a company and the people who are ok at staying there.

Dear former employee, we are very sorry that you had this negative experience. It is a pity that you did not use any of our various direct communication and feedback options during your time at SIXT. We will of course look into this issue. To get a more comprehensive picture, we would like to invite you to talk to Friederike Reichenberger, President People and Culture. She is looking forward to hearing from you and is available for a personal conversation. Just send us a short message to karriere@sixt.com with the subject "Kununu" and we will get back to you. Thank you very much for your feedback. Best regards

Pretty bad...

Pros

You get a bonus every month, and the colleagues are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

No official lunches or breaks, no flexibility (only in their favor aka overtime), bad overtime pay, bad planning from management, understaffed, bad chances of working you way up to a promotion, bad salary compared to competitors, way more tasks done at the front desk compared to competitors. They also hated the idea of unionizing.
