Pros

You get a company car and you deal with so much pressure you can just about take onto any job out there.

Cons

Every year they try to pay you less because of their growth which means they need to meet numbers and not care of their employees. If you feel like they give you freedom to express yourself it’s BS HR regulations to assure they pretend to care. If you want to grow in this company passed a regular manager then you will need to be 15 years and balding in this industry to get paid enough to live alone and comfortably in South Florida. They don’t pay front line workers enough and expect you to somewhat lie to them they can grow so you can try to retain them as much as possible (they end up quitting in less then a year) which leads to you dealing with all the BS. This company is from Europe so your words mean nothing in case you thought you could come into the company and give suggestions.
