Pros

The only positive is when you leave the company

Cons

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I was so unlucky to spend 8 long months with this joke organisation, specially in Caledonian Road, Kings Cross and Marylebone branches. They lie from the first interaction. On the interview they say you only have to work 1-2 weekend a month then you realise you only have 1 weekend off every 2months. The company is extremely understaffed so be prepared that you have to do cleaning of the vehicles, serve customers, run the branch and do at least 2-3 people’s job at once. Absolutely no support from management in kind of way, they run away from their responsibilities and give it to you. Be prepared that managers will be out of the branch and you will be left alone to sort out everything especially on busy weekends. Each month at least one person left the company because they had enough of the 0 work life balance. I remember an employee left once and left a bad but honest review and management came to me almost forcing to give a good review. Unfortunately, I was so foolish to comply with their requirement. Be prepared that your bonus will depression, anxiety, stress. Working conditions are ridiculous, you will be working in hazardous conditions and awful smelly branch that smells like a rat cementry. No jokes literally multiple dead mouses and rats above the ceiling. Reported multiple times and management solution was that we have to keep the door opened. Absolute joke. I almost forgot to mention that managers stalk on your and your familys social media, abusing and questionning you about private life. The list could go on and on forever. Just do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY.
