      Poor leadership and vision, Discrimination, Poor HR policies & tax benefits

      Pros

      - Nothing significant as such compared to other tech/product companies.

      Cons

      - Lack of comprehensive vision and strategy covering other departments in the company. Departments often working in silos to deliver their own goals. - Focus on feature deliveries instead of tech-driven quality products. - Indian counterparts are pressured to slog and if pushed back your job security comes at risk. Whereas German counterparts are not treated the same way. - Regular practice to overload Indian counterparts with unrealistic deliverables in unrealistic timelines. And later complain on quality issues. - HR policies/employee benefits programs and tax benefits options are extremely poor, scarce and not elaborate at all for India office. Management is also unwilling to work on them which has been confirmed in many town halls and site-level connects.

      Great scope for professional growth & learning

      Pros

      - Great place for learning & exposure to latest technologies - Privileged to work with some of the most talented engineers - Encouraging mid to senior management (management has listened to the pain points of employees and has done its best so far) - Great perks & salary to match if not exceed the market expectations - Loyalty bonus program, education assistance, office transport & more

      Cons

      - Nothing much to point out as cons, perhaps could do better by bringing in strong leaders on the product management side

      Good company and opportunity for career perspective

      Pros

      The main company may be 100 years old but the technical innovations and the culture is much like startup. They give to enough time to settle when you join everything is upto you and accordingly to your pace to grasp and start owning things. Senior folks are friendly enough to catch up and connect with. Work life balance is good and better as compared to early stage start ups.

      Cons

      Nothing as of now still settling in.
