Many less managers have proper knowledge about the Aramco codes and standards and they run sinopec.rest all simply get commission and run their 10hrs duty, Working in sinopec is risking our work standard & ethics. They don't follow the standards due to which our work load increases with wastage of time and resources. Admin manager's are worst, they harass workers by cutting timesheet hours and they behave like they are the one those run SINOPEC ENGINEERING GROUP. Their main motive is to deduct workers salary and pay charities. Uncultured people specially Mr Wang Kayan (Admin manager) No health assistance can be expected from sinopec bcz people like Wang kayan controls transportation. Food and accommodation is the worst part where you cannot survive. Their waste management is the worst part ,where they dump human waste and waste water to the accommodation premises. No proper washroom facilities are provided, inside the camp and also at site also the worst part is if anyone complaints regarding washroom they will be terminated or sent to site or some worst area to teach them lessons.Managers are hungry for money and gets a lot of commission from freelancer employees.so they don't care for company employees,and try to degrade own employees and hire freelancers to fulfill they own requirements of money.
