      Pros

      Great leadership in motivating. Like Steve Jobs, management can be mesmerizing with a reality distortion field. If you like fluff this is the place!

      Cons

      Disorganized and under paid is a very common theme if you are not a manager role. Company has too many leaders and under pay the developers.

      Pros

      Another round of layoffs hit us on 01/29/2026 and this is the 5th in 2 years. Nobody cares about you or your work. It only comes down to billability.

      Cons

      And guess what? Billability is not guaranteed because Infosys will take up Simplus' contract renewals and you'd be wondering of what happened to that project.
