      Great people, but infosys has changed everything else

      Pros

      The people are amazing, the projects are interesting and the benefits are solid. I truly have met some of the best people I’ve ever worked with at this company. Amazing work life balance for a consultancy and the people there do care about each other.

      Cons

      Infosys has largely ruined the culture. They treat their new colleagues like they own them and take credit for the work that Simplus employees work so hard to do. This has caused a mass exodus of talent and is disappointing to see how tired and overworked each manager now is.

      A company with worklife balance and learnings.

      Pros

      The co-workers are very helpful and will not leave you behind even though you're a greenhorn. They will also give you an objective response to help you grow in the projects. Trainings are also provided and helps you upscale your salesforce experience

      Cons

      I don't find any cons here. But if you are looking for a 6 digit salary i think you need to prove yourself and exceed the expectations.

      Pros

      Simplus is committed to excellence from the bottom to the top. Simplus walks the walk. As an organization, everyone is committed to pushing limits (in a good way) to be the absolute best at everything they do - hiring people with fire and passion and enabling them to act on them. Entrepreneurial fire, passion for excellence, and the smarts and pragmatism to execute.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization, direction can change on a dime and sometimes processes are unclear. I don't see this as a con, really, as I thrive on change and challenge. Simplus relies on its people to help steer direction, define and refine best practices, as we navigate our way to be the best in the world. It's not for everyone.
