Pros

Simplus is a small, quick, and nimble organization that is not afraid to make waves in the SaaS market. There has been some great moves in the last 6 months that have allowed Simplus to change direction and become laser focused on the Salesforce.com ecosystem. Change is always hard, but leadership has gone the extra mile with weekly one on ones, locker room, and exec meetings, monthly round table with the founders and company meetings. They have also made sure to include remote employees on these meetings with video conferencing and Chatter groups. With Simplus being a small company there is plenty of room to move up and around. The organization has cross trained many of the people involved in the pivot to give them opportunities within the organization.

Cons

Change is hard for everyone and small companies have plenty of it. You need to be able to roll with the punches.

Pros

The only real benefit left is permanent work-from-home, and even that feels like a distraction from how bad things have gotten. Some great people remain, mostly out of loyalty or luck, and a few decent managers are trying to protect their teams. But the reality is: you're constantly under pressure to hit utilization targets, and there’s no support if you fall behind. Remote or not, you’ll feel the chaos.

Cons

There have been no raises in years, bonuses are gone or “under review,” and top performers are walking away in frustration. The PH team has been gutted and replaced by Infosys resources, and nearly all new work goes straight to Infosys. The Simplus culture? Dead and buried. Leadership is disconnected, projects are rushed and under-scoped, and burnout is the norm. Attrition is sky-high, but no one seems to care. Utilization is king — everything else is ignored.
