      Based on your advice and our teams feedback we are rolling out a bootcamp for all internal employees (focused on learning and dev). Which is very exciting and something I believe will be valuable to every employee. In regards to the business model changing, there are definitely zigs & zags that come with a younger company. We believe this help us stay competitive and agile within a very fluid technology marketplace. With that being said, it can be stressful and often requires employees to shift with us. Thanks again for your feedback!

      Pros

      Simplus has great managers and team leaders who are always up-beat and whose leadership skills reflect the core values that the company was built upon. The foundation of this company has always been integrity and respect, I can honestly say that I see both of these things on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Simplus is a quick-paced and rapidly growing company and it challenges my abilities because it is constantly keeping me on my toes with new assignments and responsibilities.

      Great Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      Simplus is a great place to work, grow and be a part of. I worked for Simplus last year and loved every minute of it. I loved the people I worked with and what I did. I recommend anyone looking at joining the Simplus team to not hesitate and "JUST DO IT". The work/life balance is great, they under that life happens and there are time that you need to be with your family.

      Cons

      I do not have one compliant with this company. Simplus grew my skills and ability.
