      Pros

      Some businesses in the tech world don't hold women in the highest regard. Not Simplus. The level of equality and respect here is second to none. I'm grateful to be part of a team that's fast growing, is making an impact in our space and truly respects and encourages every one in the company.

      Cons

      There's a chocolate factory right next door. The office location creates quite the temptation.

      Huge growth potential, stocked break room, beautiful office, large employer contribution to health care.

      Cons

      With tons of growth comes a fast-paced environment. Some people don't do well in that environment.

      I really enjoy the fast paced and underdog mentality Simplus embraces. I love working with a team of highly skilled Salesforce experts!

      I feel like it can be hard to have a good work/life balance based on the demand of having multiple projects.
