- With the recent acquisition by Simplus, Sqware Peg has truly been put onto the global platform - Fast growing AU practice - Increasing number of Enterprise customers who bring an exciting and challenging environment to work in - If you want to be challenged in a fast paced, ever changing and exciting environment, Sqware Peg (now Simplus AU) is the place to be - Culture has always played (with Sqware Peg), and continues to be, an integral role to the Simplus family - A growing Leadership and Operational Management team which has allowed internal opportunities and promotion - Breaking the mould of a typical IT environment, whereby we have an even split of female to male consultants - Being involved in an expanding and exciting Global business

Cons

- Keeping up with the growth of a global business I cant see any other Cons at this point in time.

Sqware Peg to Simplus.. great move!

Pros

I have always loved the culture and people I worked with at Sqware Peg. In light of this new acquisition, everyone seems to have a re-invigorated drive, which is really exciting to see. The leadership team has been extremely open with all of us about the acquisition, and placed a lot of trust in the team to act professionally. I have been through an acquisition before at a previous company where everything was kept very much under wraps and we didn't find out much until it was released publicly. I can hands down say that this has been handled excellently from an internal perspective. Everything so far has been well explained, very transparent and any small changes have been seamless. Also love the branded beach balls!

Cons

There were some minor disruptions with calendar invites as the IT teams pushed to merge our emailing systems across, although to their credit, they contacted us many times to ensure everyone's emails and calendars were fixed, so the impact was minimal.

Rapid growth, great team of people

Pros

-The business in Australia has grown rapidly in the past three years and joining Simplus is going to allow this to continue further -There's a team of really great people, who are a pleasure to work alongside. -We've been able to win and deliver some industry leading transformation projects across multiple Salesforce Clouds -Flexible working which is really helpful for people with families

Cons

-Due to this high growth, our processes haven't always kept up with the change. -The organisation needs to find a way to minimise the amount of time spent in meetings to ensure people are more efficient in their days. -Consultants are expected to help with pre sales if they are on the bench. It may be a better model to have dedicated pre sales resources instead.
