      Pros

      - Lot's of great opportunities. - Really great benefits! They reward you for learning or earning certifications which you cannot find in other companies. - Colleagues inside and outside of your country are always ready to help

      Cons

      Simplus conducts bootcamp training without a trainer. With that, senior employees acted as a substitute to train bootcampers, handing over their current work load to colleagues who are already have no bandwidth available. It's one of the cons that a growing company might need.

      Pros

      Awesome company culture - feels like a second home! Company transparency - get to really see how the business works SFDC certification incentives - upskill and get rewards! Bootcamp programs cater to both fresh grads and experienced hires - equal opportunity for everyone to hop on the SFDC train!

      Cons

      Training still in the process of evolving - full-time trainers currently a challenge but SMEs are stepping up to fill the gap BYOD would be a dream!
