      Lots of opportunities to get involved in projects and activities across the business Genuine focus on health & wellbeing and listening to colleagues Ambitious new strategy Learning and development is a focus

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a con - depends what you want from work, but the pace of change can be challenging although the new plans are accommodating this.
