Good people, fun industry, steady leads, nice office, unlimited PTO Fast growing company showing a concerted effort to improve processes in a highly regulated business. Hard work, sales management skills, and results are rewarded with generous compensation.

Cons

The post sale process is heavily reliant on other departments which has pros and cons. A large part of the customer experience hinges on wait times, rules, and regulations of the federal government. Promotion and career opportunities are limited.
