      Pros

      Silencer Central has a "start-up feel" even though the company has been around since 2005. The constant growth provides opportunities for personal and professional growth - there is always something happening. The company recently re-did all of their benefits and are now more than competitive with any of the big players in Sioux Falls. The investment in the team members in this area shows the value that leadership places on their team!

      Cons

      If you like to do the same thing every day and do not enjoy change, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      The culture at Silencer Central has been fantastic. They care about the employees offering tons of experiences for us. They recently updated the benefits package which has been an excellent addition for us all.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains that happen when a company grows so fast but the team has worked quickly to help solve those problems.

      Pros

      Engaged leaders focused on putting the customer at the center of everything and they start by investing into the employees... Best culture ever!

      Cons

      There are a couple people that have been with the company for a while and can't figure out how to accept all the (great) changes made the last year. These trolls are a drag sometimes, but management is leading through it and those people are starting to self select out of the organization.
