      The benefits aren’t so bad.

      Cons

      - Incredibly poor leadership - Silo mentality; be prepared to be expected to work against other functions to establish blame rather than working collaboratively to fix problems - Despite the UK business comprising of various acquisitions over the years, the company is awful at doing acquisitions well. Sites still acting as if they’re still former the businesses. No alignment. - Unrealistic expectations - Under-resourcing - Micromanagement by senior leadership I could write a book to be honest. Worst place I’ve worked.

      worst company ever. no moral and the company accepts that. pay is horrible and hours are worse. management has no clue. some supervisors have less experience than the workers. RUN AWAY FAST!!!!!!

      no work life balance, moral is VERY low.
