One is preparing for life after retirement. another feels excel sheets will bring growth, wasting time and money. learning at company expense. company not even growing at market growth rates, only politics

height of groupism spoiling the company culture, regional and global senior management turning blind eye non performance promoted, seems MBCC has acquired sika in india company in hands of novices, without industry experience, but behaving like consultants careers of long serving loyal employees are traded to promote careers of a close few to local top management
