      Pros

      good paying job with wonderful heath care and the do provide you with uniforms and some tools. I have found most of the people there are nice and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      It can be a dirty job in some areas and loud. The direct supervision threw out the plant needs to be increased along with man power to run more efficiently. There is a lot of nice newer expensive equipment that needs to be more automated and it could drastically improve over all production.

      Pros

      The benefits of a large international company combined with the benefits of local market knowledge and management. A culture of promoting from within. Excellent for people interested and willing to take international assignments. Growing, dynamic company.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. You can run into an old boys network at times, but this is changing.
