      Amazing People, lackluster compensation

      Pros

      - Great people to work with, culture is strong - Depending on role, travel and travel benefits are a plus - Hybrid work schedule if you are not in R&D

      Cons

      - Raises are minimal if existent, does not keep up closely with Cost of Living or Inflation rates - Pay compared to competition is very low for the same, if not easier work - PTO is only 2 weeks for new hires and only after 5 years do you get 3 weeks. Everything within the rules and culture aligns with the Swiss corporate headquarter structure EXCEPT the PTO.

      Hybrid, certain people are laid back.

      Cons

      work sometimes gets demanding, and instead of hiring more people they lay more work on you. no opportunities to grow.
