      The persons in this company are quite friendly, very good internal environment and a pleasant culture to encourage team work.

      Cons

      Very difficult for promotion. The main product of the company is less competitive in China market, which result in lower margin and unsatisfied salary.

      The more you travel the more work you are doing in the company.....if you enjoy travelling...this is a company for you.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management.....prefers people who love politics.....if you are not a German...leave the company....good for Germans though....the CEO actions are matters of discussion all over the company....he famously said" I have done my job, now it's your turn to perform or leave the company"

      Cons

      toxic organization both physically and culturally. Very disconnected organization, questions are discouraged, they like YES people, and enjoy making other departments look bad.
