      great place, but improving a bit more would be easy

      Pros

      worldwide presence, resilient business, great employees, solid brand, there are many advantages

      Cons

      lots of problems with my manager that I dont have a way to share. what should I do? tell my manager? tell HR so that they can tell my manager? write that in connect? there should be a channel to raise these topics anonymously.

      Thank you for your review and your valuable feedback. We can't give too much detail here but we are in the process of rolling out a global compliance tool called the Sika Trustline. This will allow you to report issues anonymously if that's the best procedure, however we do always encourage you to speak to a local manager or HR representative whenever possible. The rollout is staggered so the tool may not be available in your country yet, but it is coming soon.

      A global swiss environment

      You get to wear many hats, which exposes you to different aspects of management (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.)

      Cons

      Swiss processes can be complicated and require a long time to implement an idea or an action, which can be annoying sometimes.

Our corporate team in Switzerland is made up of employees from all over the World so whilst we pride ourselves on our high Swiss standards, we do also hope to incorporate the best of many different cultures. It's important that we are fast to market, but without compromising on the quality of our products or systems.
