Sika is a market leader in many of its target markets. They have a great company structure and very friendly staff

From my experience with Sika I have yet to have and experiences that were negative

Pros

We always put safety first. Everyone worked as a team and there was communication from top to bottom. We had a great product.

Cons

Staffing was always a problem, very hard to get good help. Spacing was also a problem and we had out grown our building making it difficult for future growth.
