9yThank you for your feedback. As you mentioned we adopt a decentralized management structure, which we feel empowers local management teams to make strategic decisions based on their local markets. The overall goal of all of our Sika subsidiaries is to achieve the targets set out in our Strategy 2018, whilst being able to quickly adapt to the local environment. We continue to invest in the Latin America region and during the last financial year we saw a growth of 9.5%. Thank you to you and all of your colleagues who helped to make this possible.
