      No focus work, time-consuming work, this subsidiary doesn't have mapped processes, manual processes which can lead to unclear decisions, very disorganized management, no technology, bad ERP implementation, no active customer service.

      Not to advise to Work in Sika India. Due to operated by Wrong Handed People(Top Management) . NO Building Trust.
