      Pros

      The company asks a lot of their employees but in turn rewards hard work and effort. Empowering/supporting people in building their careers with the company. Truly excellent benefits. Good management.

      Cons

      As with any large corporation, certain processes can be tedious, but that’s to be expected. Cross-departmental communication can be a challenge.

      No micromanagement, good work environment, friendly coworkers, great perks, early fridays every other week all year round.

      Cons

      Benefits could be a bit better. Not a company that seems to want to promote within the company.
