      Acquisitions made by the company creates instability as management will release employees not based on performance but seniority only.

      2 weeks paid vacation, travel is encouraged for promotion, nepotism, foreigners have priority over promotions

      Paid weekly. Bonuses but they keep shrinking

      Cons

      Chemicals, only 1 raise a year, new hires make more than employees who have been their for years. No cost of living raises. Hard work and the pay isn't worth it
