      Good company, each branch is hit or miss to work for.

      Pros

      -company vehicle -company cell phone -company laptop -company uniforms -not micromanaged, work alone most of the time. -the company offers good health insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      -management is non existent a lot of times. -project managers not fulfilling their responsibilities. -severe lack of training provided, but still expected to do the work. -not enough technicians to cover dozens of projects. -pay is below average compared to like companies.

      Pros

      My immediate coworkers are a joy to work with. My supervisor has an open door and is approachable. There is room to grow with Siemens, benefits from day 1 and many perks. Some people can work from home.

      Cons

      Most people commute so more satellite offices or more availability to work from home. My position doesn't allow it.

      Ok/good salary. Annual pay review and bonus between 5 and 10%. Some of the people you work with are alright and some are just gossips who stir the pot

      Cons

      Awful management, no progression, no recognition or support at all. The turn over of employees was increasingly high. Office environment was shocking, no positive moral and no structured training. Depressive.
