Many opportunities, but many struggles (not too bad)
Pros
- company ruled by standard processes - experienced colleagues - many projects - you may find a better or just another job inside the company if you are lucky - some very interesting projects
Cons
- some older project were uninteresting, you need to learn outdated technologies, which you will never use in your carrier again - processes take sometimes a long time, very limited agility, you just wait and wait and wait t - openspaces do not allow good focus - management does not listen to the voice of people - ok, they listen, but real actions are taken only rarely - average salary, just few benefits - really small or no contact with the customer - company is very large and reorganizes itself every 2 years - sometimes I was not able to remember my department name and org.structure - quite official atmosphere
