      Flexible working hours Work From Home

      Inconsistent expectations. No scope to grow. No learning curve time given to new employees. Manager's word is final. Too much work politics. They put you on PIP if you show them what's wrong with the management. Even after I managed to achieve all my goals in PIP I was not cleared. Was asked to resign because I wasn't ready to put in extra time to understand domain requirement.

      Opportunity to learn new processes as well as skillset which require for assignment.

      Cons

      Worst experiences to work for a supervisor who has been "Micro-Managing" assignments; his management style created a big stress on the job. Each assignment should be done his way or highway...!!! My office location was in Florham Park, NJ since Sep. 2004 thru Nov. 2021 and reported to a supervisor (initial: AS) in Buffalo Grove, IL (Jan. 2020 thru Nov. 2021).

      Christmas (Year End) Leaves Goodies (Electronic Gadgets) Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      No good development work. Developers are forced to do testing . In many projects , people sit idle. Lobbying of Management. Employees, who lick the boot, get good hikes and promotions. Lots of politics since there is no good work.
