Pros
The name opens doors but once they are open they lack the inter company work ethic to be able to work together as one.
Cons
They have the worst culture for their sales teams.This is reflected in the Brisbane office having four new sales managers in five years. Also the complete sales team seems to turn over every 18 months.They seem to promote people into roles when they have not proved themselves in their current roles, Mainly because the management in the PD DF area all look after their pets.
