Pros

Fairy competitive benefit package and salary is okay, good 401k match good PTO. People are generally nice and professional. They will always keep you busy at work so you won't be bored.

Cons

The culture is very strong in German and they much prefer German management. This site doesn't really operate like a global company as it's operated more like a small company. The Finance management is pretty horrible as its being dictated by one individual. The one individual pretty much do whatever he wants and nobody will say anything whether it’s right or wrong. Siemens corporate in many ways is harboring bad management and made employees suffer and they pretty much don’t care. Very disappointed at such large global company of supporting bad management! It was personally a pretty bad work experience working at Siemens.

Pros

If you can survive there, you must be a hard working people with a lot of skills. Also you should be a tough person as you were constant threaten to lose your job. With these, you almost guarantee to find a better job very easily elsewhere.

Cons

Politics is the everything in the company. People are tagged in the beginning as "cheap labor" or "good future", and this WILL NOT change. Most people were lured to the company with a good salary, then they constantly suffered from no salary increase, other people took their credits, doing cleaning up for others mess, etc. Turn over rate is extremely high. People from certain countries, like Brazil, form groups to control the benefit within their groups and compete with others. Senior people staying there for more than 20 years basically controls everything. Their rule is simple: pack as much as possible to their own bags before retirement. Stay clear in their way or you will be hurt badly.

Pros

SIEMENS failed developing people manager. Simply believed promoting veterans to manager just because he knows the technology. Unfortunately that stupid guys screwed my life. Always yelling on the person doesn’t belong to his country. His intention is to let the non Brazilian must leave his team. The worst part is his Colombian manager who claim as director and another Siemens veteran doesn’t know how to behave in the meeting with third person. Loose his temper and doesn’t like non Latin Americans people in his team. At the end I decided this is not the place I should be. Note. I am an Indian 45 years experience with GE across global locations.

Cons

Nothing I would think of.
