Working at Shell is an exercise of constant anxiety. Job security doesn't exist and you're ALWAYS on the line for losing the job in the next reorg. Internal politics are also heavy and everything depends on who you know. HR doesn't exist, it's an automated email. In the reorganizations there are crazy decisions being made. The company is full of Lubricants people making decisions for Electric Charging future? How do they even consider this people capable? They have no idea what they're talking about
