Downsizing workforce in next 2 years

Too much politics, unhealthy work environment, no career , only if you want a job which pays money it’s good. Incompetent people at roles just cause of politics and buttering. Very unfair in terms of hiring right people for the right job. They say they want rt people at rit roles but don’t actually do it.

Shell IT leadership is highly incompetent. They keep doing re-orgs every 1-2 years. You will be at the mercy of your leadership to give you a position or not. There is no value for performance, skills, experience only cronyism works. Job is highly insecure so avoid this company.

Lack of Transparency in Management: Upper management often prioritizes the bottom line over genuine concern for employees. Job Insecurity: Multiple rounds of redundancies indicate frequent business instability. Unpredictable: The company is not the best option for those seeking reliable employment.

Managers are making the team morale lower. Every 5 years you need to beg for opportunities in other teams as your existing team kicks you out.
