sometimes too much work to do no proper breaks

Very poor increments No time bound promotions

Not enough hours for the night shift.

Lots of constant reorganizations, which means layoffs. Hard to get anything done, lots of red tape. Very political. A lot of lip service with mission statement that is never backed up by actions/decision-making.

No learning growth, lazy lethargic blame game playing leadership, no guidance for freshers to progress in their career, leadership is extremely selfish, micromanages and employee has to flatter their managers alot for promotion. Overall culture is poor and not the best company for freshers at all. Only good for retirement.

Internal politics Pay could be better

Not a lot of additional benefits

Job security, less pay hike, favourtism

1. After layoff in 2024, things are scattered. Work load has shifted to a bit greater side. 2. Earlier Shell felt like the safest place but now job security is a concern here as anytime random layoff is happening after the new CEO Wael Sawan has taken the seat.
