      Pros

      Great casual feel of culture despite the serious and fast paced nature of work. Make lifelong friends and have an abundance of networking opportunities. Steep learning curve, high growth and gain experience that lasts a lifetime.

      Cons

      Can get competitive as they foster the creme de la creme of employees. Not many cons that come to mind but as in any company, the more you network and who you know can determine your career path.
