      Pros

      Wide scope of operations (geographically and industry wise) Great atmosphere to work Opportunities to develop different skills in different jobs. Culturally and country diverse. There are great efforts to ensure everybody feels integrated.

      Cons

      Job security and stability. Every 3-4 years need to find a role within organisation and sometimes the process can be a bit messy. Lack of structured approach to manage staff career creates an excessive dependency on networking (which might be a challenge for some employees).

      -Top tier fuel -Premium brand awareness among consumers -Private company I worked for is family owned. The family really cares about their employees.

      Cons

      Fast paced business with razor thin margins. Always have to watch your staff and vendors. All the regulations with the federal, state, and local government are difficult to keep up with and expensive.
