Pros
The experience that you get, if you make it through waiting.
Cons
The whole recruitment process just takes way too long. You are required to do pass the initial stage and two online assessments (including a timed math component) before they even look at your resume and that alone can take a couple weeks. It's been over nearly six weeks and my application still says "Under Review". I feel it's just too long to find out if you've even got a phone interview, not including the next step which would give you 7 days notice for a SRD Event (2 Days total) and then waiting for a final answer and interview.
